Addresses flagged here are intentionally excluded from Google/Apple Maps routes until verified. Edit the map-ready address, then mark verified to allow routing.
Validation uses browser-based geocoding to confirm an address returns a map coordinate before it is allowed into route batches. Addresses that fail are moved/kept in Verify.
Assignment Summary
Auto-divide uses the selected inspector count. Building Official is separate and receives transferred/manual items.

Batches
Routes are split into Google Maps batches of 8 stops. Finish + Auto Next opens the next stop; if it is the last stop of the current batch, it opens the next batch.

Tap FAIL to preserve the violation trigger and code reference. Use this tab from a route stop or pick an inspection type below. Links are lookup aids; verify the adopted state amendments, local ordinances, approved plans, listings, manufacturer instructions, and AHJ policy before final enforcement.

Keyword Lookup
Search your master electrical, building, and mechanical keyword lists. Results use your own lookup wording with code references and official ICC Digital Codes links for the full adopted text.
Multi-Inspector Sync
Table-only mode is active. Legacy RouteSync/blob sync is removed. Use normalized Supabase tables as source-of-truth; manual sync pack tools remain only as offline export/import fallback.

Inspection Reports
Inspection Reports is the single archive/source of truth for completed inspection records. Search saved reports, load prior records, print PDFs, or export a sync pack.
Saved Inspection Reports
Report Search / History Lookup
Search saved reports by permit, address, type, result, requested by, inspector, notes, date, month, and photo status. Supabase reports load first; local reports are fallback until migrated.
